      Great people, flexible hours, fun job, small teams. Lots of benefits, overall a great life experience.

      Cons

      Things seem to be changing since going public via being acquired. Not sure if it's good or bad.

      Pros

      I've never had a problem with management, I really like my boss because he lets us do our thing without constantly having to check on us. I enjoy the environment, it's laid-back and there's things to keep you entertained. Great, beautiful location.

      Cons

      The people here are either anti-social or only social in their cliques. When there are parties, people leave within like 15 minutes because no one is interested in making friends with their co-workers. Pay is pretty low and not a lot of opportunities for getting raises.

      Pros

      A great company with great perks - PTO (paid and unpaid), holidays, winter break, RSUs, 401K with matching. Wonderful and fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Inexperienced and lazy middle managers.
