      Culture is great, people are easy to work with

      Cons

      randomized org structure. I reported to a manager that I only saw/spoke to once a month. actually worked under a different manager, but he wasn't in my reporting structure so had no input on reviews. I basically had to explain to my manager what I did for the company.
