      Pros

      I've worked here for 3 years now and I've had a great experience. I've had a lot of room to grow and I really enjoy the hard working, yet laid back culture. Some of the nicest people I've met in the city, too!

      Cons

      Commuting through Seattle is kind of a pain.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Flexible schedule with opportunities to work from home occasionally. Lots of vacation time and good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive, and the ability to move up seems somewhat limited but I have no complaints other than that.

      Pros

      I've met so many interesting, smart, and passionate people at Big Fish. Even if I know it's going to be a stressful day at work, it's great knowing that there are plenty of people in the building willing to get a beer with me afterwards.

      Cons

      Teammates work closely together, but many of the teams don't communicate all their findings to other teams.
