      Pros

      - Room for growth - Compensation package and benefits are top notch. They dialed it down a bit but still great compared to the industry. - Flat hierachy when I was there but seemed to have go up a bit

      Cons

      - Stressful work - Bottoms out culture - When they wanted to fire someone they might assign you impossible tasks, take the package.
