      Pros

      Everyone that works at Binance is exceptionally passionate about the industry and dedicate so much of their time and effort to help the industry. The company culture is hugely inspirational. The work is always a challenging which is good for people that like to remain engaged and don't like to cruise through the day.

      Cons

      The work/life balance suffers a little. However, this is mostly due to employee choice. Many Binance employees are incredibly passionate about this industry and Binance that they work long hours, sacrificing personal life. Everyone is free to come and go whenever they please, however, most stay longer than expected to help make a difference.

      The work we do is very meaningful and I am genuinely excited to come into work every day with such awesome colleagues and so much potential to be successful.

      Cons

      Fast moving and hard, challenging work. Stay away if you like to sit back and do little at work.
