      Space to develop your own skill. Fast pace and can learn new things. Managers are great in terms of ambition and innovation. Great for someone who is passionate on crypto. Big name in the industry. Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Normal working hour until 9pm, sometimes need to attend mid night meeting. A bit less professional, and people do not really know the importance of planning. Everything is treated as urgency, and workload management is not there
