      Europe management really tries to make it better but they cant handle china

      I really dont recommend you to work at binance, unless you want to be stressed the full 8 hours of stressful work, not work recognition, not a career planning. It is really disappointing that a Chinese company in Europe has this kind of mentality and makes EU adjust to China like they want. Management in Europe really tries to make it better but the one who takes the decision is the Chinese. It is a VERY stressful job with an insane workload, they implement new features on system almost daily and employees have to dig into and discover by a miracle while a customer is booming the chat as we have less than 5 seconds to reply, otherwise, bye bye bonus.
