      Pros

      - Flexible working hours and freedom to come and go. - Great financial support to do our job. - Some employees are passionate and hard-working (~40% of the company or less). - Smart and talented people willing to share their knowledge. - Company events and benefits. - Very profitable and popular company. - Fast-growing industry.

      Cons

      - Despite the flexible working hours, they move at a fast pace. Everything is treated as urgent. The number of new tasks and requests add up quickly. Quality is not a top priority. - Lack of organization and poor communication makes the work hard at times. It's common to see redundant/repetitive work. - The rating system is not always fair. - There are some low-performers and inefficient people that should be replaced.

      Generous compensation and flexible remote working options. Strong brand in the crypto space. The team is generally enthusiastic and passionate about the company’s mission.

      Cons

      Professionalism is low; the work culture is often inconsiderate of peoples’ time. Team members aren’t fully empowered to be truly effective in their roles. Management is highly guarded and actively puts teams against each other. Team leaders and middle managers have difficulty resolving conflicts without CEO involvement.
