      Good just for resume, a shell of its former self

      Pros

      - most well known name in crypto - still bears weight on your CV - a degree of remote freedom - fast paced environment and some smart people You will learn a lot of cool stuff, fast.

      Cons

      - extremely plagued by bs politics - expect your managers to be less expert than yourself, and there for reasons other than competence - salary is low compared to other places, promises of large bonuses are just promises and get strategically cut down every quarter even when the company does well - there's a glass ceiling for non-asian employees Used to be a great place to work at, but as it grew rapidly - it turned to a real corporation setting, with all its backstabbing, oneupmanship, and suckups, and we all went to crypto to avoid that.

      Pros

      - "World largest crypto company" - is a good title on resume - growing strong

      Cons

      - full of secretive, within company as well, it's like working as a spy - despite being a very profitable company , they pay me less than local small company would - must know Chinese to work efficiently there - overtime is normal and no extra pay.

      Lots of money thrown around.

      Cons

      Extremely opaque organization. Very complex politics and internal agendas. Very little meaningful communication horizontally and vertically(extremely siloed organization). Very narrow and short term focus opposed to long term sustainability. Low inter organizational trust. Good employer if you want to make some money and a career in crypto short term. No reason to stick around if you actually want to build something.
