      The company doesn’t care about you

      Pros

      Work remote, salary is good (if you’re European), if not, just okay.

      Cons

      If you’re no in Europe, salary will be lot lower. Management doesn’t care about you at all, in Binance you are 100% replaceable, just a number. If you’re not Chinese, you can’t even try to reach higher places, the leaders don’t care about you, and it’s pretty clear. Massive lay-off are happening since January, with the excuses of bottoming out. They don’t follow any labor laws and don’t seems to care about it, you will be constantly exposed a high pressure that will lead to a burn out, soon or later. Lots os people work in a wrong way to get more points on kpi, they don’t care about rules. Mostly those remain, and the ones who try to act right are fired. You can’t raise your voice against the upper management, I’ve saw several times where workers were basically called dumb for reporting something to the management, beside that, if you do this, the countdown for you to be fired is on. Things only change when CZ received a tweet and this goes viral.

      Unpredictable company - It can be positive or awful

      Good payment for role. Many possibilities to grow in the company. Multicultural environment.

      Cons

      It is really hard to say whether working at Binance is positive or negative, because it really depends on the standard operations they implement for employees. Sometimes, they are fair and reasonable, and the job is rewarding. However, there can be months of extreme stress that might lead to mental health issues. This makes you think if the salary is worth it. Only after a lot of discontentment from the team they realize certain policies are terrible, but the damage is done. It surprises me that for such well educated people they implement stupid policies in order to reach KPIs that affect the quality of the service provided and the user experience. This goes against the company values but they insist
