      Great team, really bad management.

      - Biggest company on crypto market, good for your resume and to learn about crypto market. - Full home office. - Good policy about annual leaves.

      Cons

      - Really bad management - Unpaid extra hours - Really bad KPI measurements - You're going to experience a lot of pressure on KPI can be really harmfull for your mental health.

      Excessive micromanagement and little transparency to employees. Toxic "live for work" culture.
