No management on top, lots of middle and top management office politics

- Usually has biyearly benefits such as vouchers and anniversary gifts to employees - Bonus is good compared to other industries but even then, its just comparable to crypto industry rates - WFH and remote
Cons
- recent management or senior hires are not effective and creates more politics that trickles down from top to bottom - EXCEPTIONALLY high turnover - CEO and Binance does things for PR but does not mean it and is not accountable e.g all the talks about r*gul***ns but efforts to implement is very slow - too much gatekeeping internally across teams due to politics on top; teams and functions are not collaborative and cannot share insights across teams - 80% of the early employees that grew Binance from 0 to 1000x has left - no transparency from top management and too secretive - no onboarding and when you make mistakes, middle managers from other functions find fault in you first - 995 culture - CEO says anything, everyone follows blindly and cannot question even if his decision doesnt make sense.
