      Being in the top 5% but being let go.

      Pros

      No point having pro when they let you go as a top worker. When you leave and realised that business is so broken.

      Cons

      Evening when you are top worker they let you go. No benefits, they took them all away from everyone. You just get your salary now.

      - International environment. - Exposure to the web3 industry

      Cons

      - Ultra-toxic work environment - Disorganized and inefficient - Vertical management - You're trained to not trust your colleagues. - Performance is based on unrealistic KPIs - You are judged by exposition and visibility over quality/quality in your work - The performance review system is fake and works based on the manager's decisions. - People usually work in a "Flexible timezone", which means, you should adapt your work time to the work time of all your colleagues around the world, including weekends. - A rush to do everything - People usually work with fear - The company lies offering packs of bonuses and tokens and generally fire people before one year making them don't receive the bonus.
