But the problem is your direct manager can have most of power to decide your bonus, if he/she don’t like you then you will not get a fair bonus … - last kpi here are more like a form, they didn’t do much experiments before setting goals, manager used to set reinvent a wheel with minor improve as their kpi … funny - the worst thing is not being fool around, is to work like a headless chicken
