- the C-Suite team seems very ambitious about the near future blueprint. - aggressively recruiting a lot more talents, the expansion is fast - very fast paced, flexible working hours and flexible location, international teammates
Cons
- The company is trying hard to avoid the Chinese bureaucratic culture but still gets a long way to go. - The company is moving from Mandarin to English oriented. Still, many current employees cannot keep up, which becomes a problem in communication.
