      Great workplace if you speak Chinese

      - competitive package - good cooperate insurance - a lot of opportunities to grow - according to recruiter, bonus for average performers are quite good (not written in contract so might just be bluff)

      Cons

      - if you don't speak chinese you are quite screwed - wlb can be quite bad, in fact management said 'if you want wlb you should look elsewhere'

      A lot of overtime, working out scheduled hours You need to negotiate for the salary, which is low compared to competitive companies. Many people get hired and then fired just the first days of the training.
