      The company supports and makes it easy to work remotely

      Cons

      Job security is terrible even for recent hires. Being hired a month ago won't save you from being fired despite meeting all KPIs and no performance issues. Management claims to be hiring just for optics as it fires at a faster rate, again not because of performance.

      Cons

      They have very strict KPI metrics which is really hard to achieve and they expect us to learn every BU and to be very well versed in it within a short period of time. Also, we have to stay with customers until our chat with them is done, even if it takes a really long time, even after our work time is over. But we don't get extra pay for that extra time.

      1. Competitive salary 2. Fully remote work 3. Company benefits including gym/WFH reimbursements (but all removed for now)

      Cons

      1. Hire and fire company culture with no sense of job security 2. Middle/upper management mostly made up of inexperienced/incompetent managers who joined Binance early and rode on coattails 3. Most staff are stretched and projects put on hold with ambiguous business direction due to current crypto winter and cost cutting
