      Excellent benefits but drives you mad at work

      Pros

      -company rains money on you -management are quite tolerable on your mistakes -management listens to your concern and makes an effort to drive change and improve

      Cons

      -expected to work during weekends/PH and even when you're unwell -internal processes are not well established which causes confusion easily -data is a mess to work with and it's very much manual

      Very great anniversary gifts and massive bonus and increment. One of the few companies that take inflation into salary increment consideration. No company yet in Malaysia. Salary will be paid by outsourcing HR company here in Malaysia. Bonus and gifts will be paid in crypto.

      The addition of various products. Need to keep up. Lack in training for agents. Mostly need to self learn
