      - Equipment provided: They give you a computer to work with. - Remote work: You can work from home.

      Cons

      - No Career Growth: Despite being a top performer and consistently standing out, I was never promoted. - Stuck at Entry Level: I was kept as a Level 1 employee the entire time, with no opportunities for advancement. - Unfair Compensation: Started at just $750 per month for 9-hour shifts, 5 days a week — well below fair market rate. After a full year, they raised it to only $1,000. - Unpaid Overtime: Regularly worked extra hours, but overtime was never compensated. - Effort Not Recognized: High performance and initiative were acknowledged but never rewarded.

      Pros

      During the previous 5 years, everything was going well. And I was always a Binance supporter in my daily life.

      Cons

      Late 2025, my colleagues started to be laid off for no performance and no apparent reason rather to management and HR deliberations and no clear explanation. Now it was my turn some weeks ago, and I feel betrayed as my performance was always above the average.
