Pros

-Remote work -Good brand on your resume for your next job.

Cons

-Incompetent management with little understanding of roles, leading to poor guidance and failure. -Peer reviews are disconnected, with reviewers unfamiliar with your specific job. -Odd escalation culture where you’re reported for lack of clarity and not knowing what's going on. This is a disorganization issue that is prevalent throughout. -No clear instructions or unified process; endless paperwork and unnecessary complexity. -Onboarding slides from CZ promote impact-driven work, but it’s all about churning out paper and micromanaging. -A toxic culture of fear and blame discourages decision-making. -Required alignment with 30 people to get anything done, but unrealistic speed expectations. -Disorganization and constant changes, with no communication, leading to blame when you're caught off-guard. -To succeed at Binance, it’s more about politics and relationships than actual skill and competency.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad you appreciated the flexibility of remote work and the industry exposure, we’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your time here didn’t meet expectations. Your comments point to challenges around communication, structure, and cross-functional alignment—important topics that we take seriously. We recognize that as a fast-scaling global organization, we don’t always get it right, and your feedback helps reinforce areas where we must continue improving.

Pros

Fully remote. That’s the one and only good thing, and honestly, it’s the bare minimum in 2025.

Cons

You are not a person here. You are a resource to be drained, a machine to be kept running. Zero respect, zero recognition, zero humanity. Compensation is a joke. The company brags about “competitive packages” but what you get is well below industry standard—especially considering the workload and constant pressure. Bonus? Promotion? Raise? Good luck. Merit means nothing here. Your manager might be someone who was hired five months ago and somehow got promoted just because they knew the right person. Nepotism is the default. Competence is irrelevant. Ladders are for the favored, not the skilled. You can easily end up reporting to someone who doesn’t know how to open a spreadsheet, let alone lead a team. HR is intrusive and borderline abusive. They will hound you for system errors they don't understand, assume you're underperforming, and never bother to actually learn what your job is. Performance reviews are a farce. People who don’t know what you do will judge how well you do it. There are no career paths here. You are either handpicked by someone above, or you rot in place. This company survives off of brand inertia. If this company was founded today with this management and structure, it would collapse in a month. They use offshore contracts to avoid legal consequences, and if they had to follow EU labor laws, they'd be bankrupt from lawsuits alone. The culture is toxic. Arrogance at the top, silence in the middle, and exhaustion at the bottom. Everyone's replaceable. No one’s respected.

Pros

Medical Insurance and Bonus according performance but if there's 250 agents only the top gets, which is really something not to look forward to.

Cons

Overworked chats, Managers are allowed to fire for no reason. No meetings with HR is kept so you can at least ask the reason for termination. Your shifts changes without prior notice and each month it's different. They work for the Binance customers but employees are treated like a number. There rating systems is bad. You need to perform to work and work to get 25 positive ratings to get 1 negative away. When we all know if someone contacts customer support they are always mad or has a problem.
