      Crypto leading company, possibilities to grow, fast payments and basic good benefits(healt insurance, office furnitures, gym reimbursement)

      Cons

      Rebalancing KPIs multiple times per year in order to keep top performers low in numbers and pay less bonuses. Zero empathy from management and never recognized the overtime. Lack of transparency overtime, lot of lies.

      You can work remotely pretty much most of the time, get to know others from different countries and a lot of knowledge about crypto and tech.

      Cons

      It's not 9 to 5 job, you need to exceed to shine and, it's very stressful, specially in P2P department.
