      Remote first, crypto industry, big company as stepping stone to look for exit opportunities ASAP, great for a resume. Pay is decent but low side for tech standards.

      Cons

      Intense oversight and scrutiny, your entire company worth is dwindled to a baseline score, 0 work life balance, expected to work national holidays and weekends, performance goal posts constantly shift and priorities flip, basically a glorified call centre culture. unrealistic performance expectations and low team morale. Stingy budgets for biggest company in industry, weak employee perks and benefits.

The work atmosphere is generally positive, with competent and motivated colleagues. Management places a strong emphasis on security and compliance, which is reassuring in such a regulated industry.
