Intense oversight and scrutiny, your entire company worth is dwindled to a baseline score, 0 work life balance, expected to work national holidays and weekends, performance goal posts constantly shift and priorities flip, basically a glorified call centre culture. unrealistic performance expectations and low team morale. Stingy budgets for biggest company in industry, weak employee perks and benefits.
