Pros

The people there enjoy mostly the same sort of things, so you can make many friends. The products are of course very fun and exciting.

Cons

Work was very metrics-driven, and management did not act on employee feedback nearly as well they pretended to.

Pros

Great care for employee's with many small benefits that give the impression it cares Get to see the gaming industry from one of the largest leaders position Greatly improving structure and management over the last few years with some senior positions being filled with dynamic and skilled management.

Cons

As with many companies, progression options can be horribly limited within some departments, with a great deal of positions effectively being dead mans shoes with a scrabble of applications when a lone position opens up due to a departure/promotion
