Pros

Most people are highly skilled, engaged, and excited about working here. The perks are generous and awesome if you're a fan of Blizzard games.

Cons

As the era of WoW winds down the company is facing difficult choices about staffing and strategy. Although the history of the company drives its successful culture it has also led to a lot of organizational cruft. Senior management has grown distant over the years.

Pros

Great atmosphere, good work life balance, great people, amazing games, and a top-notch development team.

Cons

Senior Management struggles to keep everyone aligned, customer service has been revamped and does not have the same atmosphere that you will find on other teams, though they do try. Company struggles to find KPIs that work for the CS team.
