Pros

Awesome team members, very strong culture, shared vision, good benefits, family-friendly atmosphere, and of course there are super-cool perks and gifts.

Cons

Long hours can come up some time, the office is not in a very affordable area, so there are some long commutes. Customer Service is tough anywhere, but for all the complaining CS reps seem to do on this site, they seem to forget that it's a fulltime job with good benefits, and there are advancement opportunities for those that go after them. Way better work environment than any call center job in the US.

Pros

The bonuses and loot are great. The healthcare is amazing. the culture is a lot of fun

Cons

The culture is being replaced by corp. The chance of you getting off the front lines is almost non existent. Do not work here if you have plans of going anywhere. If you need a job thats fun and its all you care about then work in the customer service part of blizz, it is the best for that
