Booking.com is the best company I ever worked so far. Such an incredible management and mindset over all the areas; Respect which each others plus a huge opportunity to grow. Definitely the best travel company to work for.

- welcoming, happy and healthy environment; - transparency of communication and processes; - truly live the company's values; - talented and inspiring peers and leadership; - good benefits; - respectful and diverse environment;

Cons

like anywhere, it's not 100% perfect, but they work to be the best they can be. There is always room for improvement, and I believe that the annual value for travel benefit could have a better policy than the 25% per trip, and we have the option of discount coupons for friends and family, but it's just for the moment =)
