      Pros

      Great Culture, Values and environment. Fully ethical and reliable company. Strongly support Diversity & Inclusion. After knowing the company as employee, I am still more confident in recommend the company for travelers doing their reservations on it. Fair compensation & very interesting Benefits.

      Cons

      This is not a negative point for most, but the employee needs to be dynamic, fluent in English and resilient.

      Booking.com is a company where you live their values every day. They are really concerned about their employees and have a friendly environment. I feel proud and comfortable to be who I am working there
