Pros

A place with good, friendly people, great benefits, and everything seems very magical. Benefits for traveling, magic, good coffee, Gigi from the kitchen will make you an amazing cheese bread and provide fresh popcorn every afternoon. By the way! Gigi from the Cafeteria IS THE BEST PERSON YOU WILL MEET! Leaders who go to happy hour with you every week, lots of laughter. The atmosphere is very good. Clothing, fitness benefits, Gympass. You can work from anywhere in the world. You'll meet a lot of cool people and great individuals with beautiful hearts!

Cons

Depending on the office, you have to apply only to the available positions there. Sometimes there won't be anything, so you'll have to be patient. You have to do a lot of lobbying for the area managers to help you move up; it takes about 3 to 4 years to advance. Sometimes they prefer people from outside rather than promoting someone internally. The company's "easy of work" has been rated at 1 for about 2 years because Booking has grown but hasn't innovated in technology. It could, yes! But it's not a priority. There's a very good feedback culture that nobody uses because everyone is afraid. If used, it can be received positively or negatively, depending on the day and astral positioning. If it's negative, you may be dismissed, alleging that it doesn't comply with values and behaviors. It happened to me! They also talk about a non-retaliation culture if you speak up or report. I recommend not trusting in that. Area managers with zero engagement who live outside the country. Sometimes they prefer riding motorcycles to participating in team meetings. Team leaders are very laid-back. When you need help, they send you a link to solve it, and in their case, they keep sharing articles on your LinkedIn or watching videos, and please don't insist on complaining because they lose patience! Low salary for people who even speak three languages! The bonus they pay is based on two things: the numbers you achieve and compliance with the values. To earn it is quite simple. You have to double the numbers, and it doesn't matter much about the values, or you can meet your numbers and try to lobby with your manager. Depending on how she slept or her mood, you may or may not earn the bonus. All very subjective! They boast about inclusion opportunities, and it's very difficult to see a black colleague.
