Pros
People were wonderful personally. They'll work with you to find the right work situation for you, as long as they can. Decent amount of internal resources
Cons
Knowledge of how the firm works was not shared; technical expertise reflects that this is a business that pays low salary for a lot of junior people, meaning that its hard to fill out your technical knowledge by working on large projects with more knowledgeable senior devs/scientists. Management of scientists/devs is kind of clueless about the day to day work you do and how it relates to firm policies.
