Middle management and teams worked with directly are very kind and professional. Flex education to help pay for schooling and certifications. Good safety net for engineers and testers. Middle management has your back. Decent salary. Can recieve a lawyer benefit and gives you access to approximately 12 thousand Booz Allen attorneys. Decent career growth and opportunities. Decent dental and eye insurances. Yearly pay raises.

Cons

Poor health insurance. Not much to do out in Rome NY. Communication needs some work for upper and middle management. Communication is poor working with government sometimes. Fundings for projects can get a bit hectic from time to time so there is a possibility you could get put on the bench for a bit, but Middle management does there best to prevent this from happening. There is no separation between sick leave and PTO. It is all under PTO. If you sick, by by PTO. Work life balance could be a bit better. Will sometimes need to drive in not so safe conditions during the winter months. Weather can get pretty bad during that season.
