Struggles with change + changes constantly, too bureaucratic, low pay increases, experience highly dependent on your manager + client (if client-facing). The company has dubbed itself an “advanced tech company”. While advanced tech is being created in pockets, it’s too soon to call the entire company that and the employees are struggling to accept and embody that identity, and the executives know it. With 98% of the business being federal contracts, the company is vulnerable to the whims of the federal government.

Large company working on federal projects so the work is at a reasonable pace.

Cons

The company is so big they don't care about individual people. I was laid off after 2.5 years and hired from an external recruiter for a different Booz Allen project a week later only to get laid off again 3 months later.
