Pros

Management support, particularly at the team lead and senior manager levels. Excellent pay. Very flexible schedule with pay time off. Strong team environment.

Cons

No real cons to speak of, except that recently, Booz Allen Hamilton has been laying off a large number of their long-term employees. Likely a result of DOGE and the federal government shut down.

Overall pleasant experience with Booz and their benefits. The salary differential if on military orders longer than 30 days and the bench program alone are worth working here.

Cons
