      Exposure to different areas of the business. The people here are friendly and help each other out. Some may even put in their own personal time to help you.

      Cons

      Rewards are primarily focused on contributions towards business development. If you want to just focus on technical work and avoid business development and management, then this is probably not the place you want to be.
