Great overall company for long-term careers and people that are family oriented. The benefits are nice and work-life balance is valued.

Cons

The company is changing due to the recent IPO and change in management structure. The company is not as close-knit as it was when I first arrived and the perks such as an individual office is quickly being taken way.

Cons

Competitive and sometimes political culture. It can be challenging to balance client delivery demands while also engaging in business development activities. Booz Allen does not have a dedicated bus dev unit, so it's consultants are required to maintain utilization while also identifying new business opportunities.
