      -Lowballed on Salary. As a former Naval Officer, contracting on a naval project, I was offered a lower than expected salary. Being my first job post Navy, I decided to be humble and take this as a learning experience. -Road to Promotion isn't as clear as I'd hope. I've approached numerous of Lead Associates, including my current Career Manager/Job Lead, and everyone has had a different process of submitting their promotion package.
