      I get to work with some of the smartest people I have ever met. Culture of mentorship and genuinely nice people. Cannot imagine a better training ground for almost any business or leadership role.

      Often poor work/life balance Associate salary is competitive with similar firms, but effective wage is low, based on hours worked

      - Decent Salary - Fantastic Office

      Cons

      - Average work in analytics - Consultants don't understand that doing analyses on data takes time hence we have to pull late nighters almost everyday when staffed on a project.. When you are on beach, you have absolutely nothing to do - Consultant treat us as a support staff and have no respect for what we do
