      - Quality of work - Responsibility level even at entry levels - Focus on learning and continuous development

      Cons

      - Terrible work-life balance (high travel, + lack of respect for weekends, personal life) - Can't plan life... anything can happen anytime and ure expected to be available - Too much pushing and pressure to always exceed expectations - Focus always on weaknesses, and rarely on strengths

      A wonderful and well-coordinated interview process, no hassles

      Pros

      The quality of the people working at BCG make the company one of the most sought after employers. The potential to learn from other incredibly smart people is a huge pro and something that will stick with you for the rest of your life

      Cons

      Lots of travel (can be a plus if you like travelling) and the work hours can be a bit strenuous sometimes but gets better with progression.
