      Pros

      Excellent exposure to smart people, great companies and interesting client work. Good training and development. Global network and excellent brand name to have on your resume. Generally nice people who mean well. Fascinating collection of individuals, with quite a bit of diversity for a top firm.

      Cons

      While the people are nice, the bar is high and it is still an up or out system, although the firm will help you along as much as it can.

      Very steep learning curve, good absolute salary level but mediocre to bad given the hours, intelligent, fun and young colleagues

      Cons

      Long hours and little to limited control of your own time, work and industry. Up or out mentality may feel hard
