I wish I had something to mention here but this company is a scam.

Cons

1. Political chaos and all decisions are solely made as per relationships between leader & team member 2. Pay parity is another big issue. Only the people who are close to the leaders get salary hikes & promotions. 3. There is bias at all levels. And they force people to leave the company if you raise your voice on the wrong practises and culture. 4. It is a highly corrupt company with a corrupt culture.
