Pros

Good working environement in general, prople are friendly and company value its employees. Strong business results make the company less prone to crises.

Cons

Not process oriented. Meritocracy needs to improve. Very leader centric based company so decisions are very centralized and promotions can be biased. Image got involved with Lava Jato issue.

Pros

The company really walks the talk regarding valuing its people. Processes are established but there's a lot of flexibility to build your own path.

Cons

Bureaucracy and inefficiencies are common. Lots of projects and new processes are started but never finished or switch names halfway through it. Some of the assets struggle with their reliability culture which leads to burnout in the teams involved.
