People are nice but cons are more than pros

Cons

bad management and bad HR. They seems lie to employees. Salary gap between ex-team and current team is high, 1k/month gap matters. It changes a life quality. Many projects are opened without a leader who knows things. There's no development plans for employees. Zero actual training opportunity for the job.
