Pros

Management was good not micromanaging. They let you do your work with minimal interruptions. Salary was great and benefits were really good. Enjoyable experience

Cons

Lots of work heaped on you with minimal help. Deadlines were quick and changed often. You just need to go with the flow.

Sunoco thought they could sell the business so they stopped trying to run it. This means a lot of the plant systems are falling apart.
