      Pros

      - The team at Braze is the smartest and most adaptable I've ever worked with. We've gone through an intense amount of change over the past year (many new product features, new support processes/packages, new branding) but we've never skipped a beat as a company. We continue to exceed targets, and strive for more. - People here are extremely collaborative, and are always open to lending a helping hand whenever they can. - The product is best in class, and continues to develop at a breakneck speed thanks to our incredible product team. - The amount of exposure you get to different technologies here is incredible. If you want to learn more about marketing automation, native mobile applications, ad-tech, web technologies, etc, then this is the place for you. I learn constantly here, and it keeps work interesting and engaging.

      Cons

      - The pace of a growth stage company isn't for everyone. Keeping up with the development with our own product, as well as how it fits into a complex space isn't simple. - Not everything always has a defined process which is natural in a growth stage company, but we're always working to fix that whenever possible.

      Pay was solid, and the non-techinical team seemed fun

      Cons

      Best ruby practices were not followed at all, CTO and co-founder were involved in the codebase and enforced style decisions that were against rails norms. Management judged engineers by lines of code written

      Toxic management during my time there. Overall it’s still a pleasant experience as there were nice team members around that compensate it.
