      Great company, but work get's harder the better you get at doing it

      Pros

      Great company with lovely coworkers and kind management. They seem to know how to hire nice, collaborative people Remote position with occasional fun company social outings Good training with supervisor support & availability. Great way to develop skills

      Cons

      Ticket assigned in an imbalanced way through automated ticket delegation system. Some employees take way more cases monthly than others. Seems like those who are most adept at answering tickets are (unintentionally punished for this) Can be difficult while you adjust to the position--challenging to get acclimated, but good trainings/colleague support May pay slightly less than industry standard

      - Leadership team puts their people first and are strategic long term thinkers - Culture is full of people who are energetic, altruistic, and authentic - You get paid generously with compliments and compensation if you do well! - Lots of opportunities for career growth into most roles - Management and directors are more than willing to mentor you - Benefits are amazing. They pay for lunches, pay for education, and unlimited PTO - Most jobs within the company are challenging but rewarding and fun! - Fast growing mid-sized tech company that will file for IPO soon - Global presence and they are adding more offices every year - Best product on the market in the marketing CRM world - They are well funded and hiring during the pandemic

      - Such a positive, supportive environment; I feel like I belong here - Lots of room in my role to impact the business in a real way - Great teammates, strong culture of togetherness - Not about "cutting costs", its about smart investments to accelerate growth - Good pay and benefits

      - Need to keep hiring at a pace with growth, just need to focus on the recruitment motion so we can keep the strong culture with quality, diverse talent - while being able to scale at the great pace of the market
