      Pros

      Braze is an incredibly special place to work, and anyone lucky enough to have the opportunity should jump at it with everything they have. Not often is it a given that the tech is fantastic, the roadmap is spot on & the benefits are fair & motivating....these are just the basics for Braze. It stands out in its ability to understand, listen & get the best out of its people, not because that makes Braze more profitable, but because that’s what makes Braze Braze. I’ve never worked in an environment where not just your line manager, but multiple members of leadership personally take time to encourage, mentor, guide & tailor your experience at a company. I’m becoming the best I can be because of Braze’s leadership team & I will be given more opportunities at Braze off the back of what they are giving me. A truly brilliant leadership team, and a brilliant group of talented individuals to work with.

      We already get catered lunch, healthcare, dental...

      Great company, culture, management

      Pros

      I have been involved with many NYC tech start ups and Braze’s overall company, culture, management and people have surpassed them all. Braze offers a true family environment where you have the ability to meet co-workers during lunch (catered daily) and during special outings and after work functions. Seems like management truly gets to know their employees and always strive to make sure you are happy and growing professionally and personally. Our CEO and CTO are very involved within the company which is great.

      Nothing as of yet- overall all positive.

      Pros

      - Fantastic benefits: daily lunch allowance, health/travel/dental insurance, generous pension matching, flexible holiday policy, charity matching, annual eduation allowance - Nice, modern offices with all the comforts: healthy snacks, catered food every Wednesday (daily in our US offices), toiletries, showers - Talented, driven colleagues: Braze's recruitment team hire exceptional talent, I have never seen a "dud" walk through the door - everyone is the best at what they do and exceed expectations daily - Opportunity for career progression: Braze is growing quickly and management are open to internal moves and seeing roles grow and evolve. Nice to see people jump between departments smoothly

      Cons

      - Some growing pains as we are expanding so quickly: for a time, better management was needed but the People team have put significant effort into training to improve this which has made a tangible difference lately - Poor maternity policy for a technology company
