      Great Company!

      Pros

      There were several opportunities for me to work on special projects and gain valuable experience that I would typically not get in an HR role. Exposure to operations is there for those who want it. The benefits were amazing, and I always had strong managers.

      Cons

      We were growing, and that can often cause gaps in communication.

      Pros

      People are friendly. The pay is not bad especially when you are in Houston

      Cons

      The root of the problem lies in the communication and supply chain system 1) People are not willing to communicate with each other. You have a paper that need approval? Wait for like 10 days before it got looked at. 2) The supply chain system has many inefficiencies within.
