      Pros

      The people that you are exposed to really do make an impression on someone that is about to start their career. You are surrounded by intelligent, driven, humorous, and humble people. My manager and mentor always included me in a few of his daily activities to make feel like I was a part of the team. In that sense, it allowed me to continue to develop professionally and personally.

      There is none that I can think of.

      Pros

      Work is exciting and challenging. Training is fully supported upper management. Company has a global reach but has a more small company feel with a few key regional offices. Overall company values are in the right place.

      Cons

      Compensation is below average for compared to other companies in the area. Work/life balance can be really skewed depending on the work load and support staff. Opportunities for promotion and advancement seem to favor those with higher degrees or those who have been brought up in the company. There's not much engagement in activities outside of work other than annual party
