Decent salary if you negotiate well otherwise they lowball staff.

- Toxic leadership & manager - Employ unethical tactics to encourage staff to leave the company - Strategy is always changing - Very little benefits from such a big company - no training budgets - Forcing employees back to the office with no real plan - Cutting costs everywhere - Nepotism & favouritism is rife - Leaders often fighting each other for power - No career progression unless you are a favourite
