Pros
Benefits and resources galore! There are also plenty of coworkers and colleagues to interact with. No day is ever the same and there is so much to learn. Plenty of room for growth career wise and opportunities in this company. It’s fast paced.
Cons
Too much to learn in a short about of time. The company is so vast it’s difficult to know who to ask about what. Process and procedures are changing all the time and it’s difficult to keep up. There are not opportunities to encourage camaraderie.
